Welcome to Rovicoach, operated by Rovi Studio OÜ (Pargi 19, 50103 Tartu, Estonia).

By creating an account, signing in, or using Rovicoach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

What Rovicoach Is

Rovicoach is a voice-first leadership coaching service. You speak with an AI coach in a live voice session designed to help you think through leadership situations and leave with clearer insight and a next action.

Sessions follow a structured coaching arc. Where the product offers it, you may choose a coach persona and voice preference.

Rovicoach is a software product that uses third-party AI voice technology; it is not a human coach, therapist, lawyer, or medical professional.

Rovicoach does not guarantee specific personal, professional, or business outcomes from any session.

Who Can Use Rovicoach

Rovicoach is intended for adults who want leadership or workplace coaching support.

Access requires signing in with a supported identity provider. Rovicoach currently supports Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.

Depending on how Rovicoach is configured, access may be invite-only or require a valid gift link. You must only use invite or gift access that was lawfully given to you.

You are responsible for keeping your signed-in account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Service Access and Limits

Rovicoach meters coaching with a time balance (for example minutes remaining). Starting and completing sessions consumes available balance according to the rules shown in the product.

We may also apply other limits (such as maximum session length) and may change limits as the product evolves.

Gift sessions or other promotional access, when offered, credit coaching time or access subject to the conditions shown when you claim them and may be revoked if misused.

Where the product unlocks it, you may create gift or invite links for others. Those links are personal to your account and must not be sold or used to circumvent access rules.

Payments and Purchases

When paid coaching time packages or other paid features are offered with card checkout, payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor.

We do not store full payment card numbers. When Stripe checkout is used, Stripe handles card collection and processing; we receive payment confirmation, purchase status, and related transaction identifiers needed to credit your account.

Prices, package size, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Completing checkout means you authorize the charge for that purchase.

Purchased coaching time is credited to your Rovicoach balance and is generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law or as we expressly state at checkout or in writing.

Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspension of related balance or access until the payment issue is resolved.

Your Responsibilities

By using Rovicoach, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful, personal coaching purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the voice, session, account, gift, or payment systems
• Not use Rovicoach to harass others, commit fraud, or violate applicable law
• Not share access credentials or gift links in a way that enables unauthorized use
• Treat coaching output as reflective guidance, not as professional advice you must follow

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make after a session.

AI Coaching Disclaimer

Rovicoach uses artificial intelligence to generate spoken and written coaching responses.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not a substitute for licensed professional advice (including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or HR advice).

If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact appropriate emergency or professional services. Do not rely on Rovicoach for emergency support.

Voice, Transcripts, and Session Data

Live voice audio is processed to run your coaching session. Rovicoach is designed so that session audio is not stored by us after the live session ends.

We may retain structured session summaries and, unless you use privacy controls that remove or limit them, short-lived transcripts as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party AI providers process voice and related session content as needed to deliver the live coaching experience. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• You misuse gift links, invites, purchases, or access controls
• Your activity harms other users, Rovicoach systems, or our reputation
• We need to do so to protect the service or comply with law

You can stop using Rovicoach at any time. Where the product provides account deletion, you may request deletion of your account and associated coaching data subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Rovicoach brand, product design, coaching structure, software, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Rovi Studio OÜ or its licensors.

You retain rights in the personal content you speak or submit during sessions, subject to the limited rights we need to operate the service (including processing by AI providers to deliver live sessions and generating summaries).

You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit Rovicoach systems or branding without prior written permission.

Liability

Rovi Studio OÜ provides Rovicoach "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on coaching conversations
• Inaccurate or incomplete AI responses
• Service interruptions, limits, or third-party outages (including AI, payment, or identity providers)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, our total liability for any claim related to Rovicoach will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Rovicoach in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100) if you have not paid us.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
